Case study · Custom field-service operating software

MetroGlass Pro

One system from estimate to final payment

A mobile operations system connecting clients, jobs, glass specifications, expenses, deposits, invoices, payment links, reminders, and profit reporting.

The problem

A custom-glass project moves through estimate, deposit, measurement, ordering, installation, invoicing, and collection. Important job details and money were too easy to split across calls, messages, notes, and separate tools.

The intervention

Donald built MetroGlass Pro OS around the actual field sequence, with job specifications, client history, expense and payment tracking, smart invoice generation, Stripe collection links, reminders, dashboards, reports, and mobile home-screen access.

The lesson

Field software works when the job record carries the customer promise, technical scope, next action, and financial truth from the first estimate through closeout.

Where it applies

Contractors and local service businesses that need jobs, field details, estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, follow-up, and margins to stay connected.
